1st Student Level (2026)
The fundamentals: frame, stance, loading — and twelve ways to fall safely.
The complete exam syllabus for the 1st Student Level. The first grade explains the principles first — the upper and lower frame, the stance, structure and body unity, loading — and then shows them directly in application. Nothing is learned in isolation: every principle reappears in the exercises you will work with later. Falling takes up a large part: eight times from a squat, four times from standing, each variation broken down individually. Added to that are strike defense standing and with sitting down, attacking correctly, attacking on the ground, and the slow learning work in which technique first comes into being. All exercises are demonstrated with a partner and shown at full length — no montage, no repetitions left out. Runtime 36 minutes · 15 chapters to jump to directly · Language German · Subtitles German, English, Spanish, French, Russian
