1st Student Level (2026)

Your entry into Solovev Defense. In 36 minutes you learn the principles everything else is built on: how you stand, how you hold your arms, how you channel force through your body. Plus twelve falling exercises and your first work with a partner.

2nd Student Level (2026)

The second grade continues the first: familiar principles are extended, new ones are added. For the first time with real self-defense techniques — choke from the front and grab to the wrists. Just under an hour.

3rd Student Level (2026)

The third grade brings three new principles, and the most important of them is contact. “For us, contact is sacred” — the system works haptically, through feeling rather than through seeing. Plus locks, throws and the combat roll.
