Core work, locks and the first self-defense techniques.

The complete exam syllabus for the 2nd Student Level. The second grade builds on the knowledge of the first. Stance and frame return, but are extended by parallel work, foot position and continuity — and by more core work, in which the essence of the system lies and which later leads to mastery. New are the locks, explained intensively across more than 16 minutes, and for the first time explicitly self-defense: escaping a choke from the front and a grab to the wrists. Falling from standing is deepened across eight variations, strike defense worked out over more than seven minutes.
